Crisil announced that Peter Lee Associates Pty Ltd (“PLA”) has been successfully de-registered with effect from August 13, 2025, following the receipt of requisite approvals from the competent authorities.
The deregistration is in furtherance to the disclosures dated October 16, 2024, and December 2, 2024, regarding the sale of the business of Peter Lee Associates Pty Ltd (“PLA”) to Crisil Irevna Australia Pty Ltd (“Crisil Australia”). Both PLA and Crisil Australia are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company, based in Australia.
The notification was received today from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). As a result of the deregistration, PLA has ceased to be a subsidiary of Crisil.
The announcement was made on August 20, 2025.
