    Brigade Enterprises' Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) schemes in a meeting held on August 13, 2025.

    The approval includes the allotment of 20,598 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017, and 34,862 equity shares under the Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan rolled out in 2022.
