10-year yield to trade between 7.95-8.02%: NS Venkatesh

The market is expected to trade cautiously on account of the US FOMC decision. The 10-year yield is likely to trade between 7.95-8.02 percent, says NS Venkatesh of IDBI Bank.

NS Venkatesh of IDBI Bank said, "The 10-year benchmark yields ended at 7.99 percent on Tuesday due to profit booking and geopolitical tensions affecting the market. The events unfolding in Russia may have an impact on the currency and equity markets which will find resonance in the bond markets.”

He further added, “The market is expected to trade cautiously on account of the US FOMC decision. The 10-year yield is likely to trade between 7.95-8.02 percent."
