Agam Gupta, Standard Chartered Bank said, "The rupee is likely to trade in a narrow trading band in the absence of extra supply of inflows and with most Asian markets shut today. Rising brent crude prices will a dampener for the currency. The range for the day is seen between 53.45-53.85/USD."
