Raising capital in SREI Equipment; propose to list the company soon: SREI Infra

SREI Infrastructure Finance is in focus after delivering a good Q3 performance. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Sunil Kanoria, VC of SREI Infra spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

Kanoria said that from the previous year to this year our overall disbursements have grown over 30 percent, asset under management (AUM) has grown over 20 percent and profit after tax (PAT) has also grown, on a consolidated basis, close to 50 percent.

Talking about SREI Equipment, he said we have filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) and waiting for Securities and Exchange Board of India's (Sebi) clearance. We are raising capital in SREI Equipment and we propose to list the company very soon.
