Private sector lender ICICI Bank's first quarter (April-June) profit is expected to fall 28.5 percent to Rs 2,127.7 crore on yearly basis, according to average of estimates of analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.

Net interest income may increase 4.4 percent to Rs 5,342.6 crore in the quarter ended June 2016 compared with Rs 5,115.1 crore in year-ago period.

Net interest income is the difference between interest earned and interest expended.
