Sobha Developers Q4 PAT seen down at Rs 45.56 cr

Sobha Developers is to announce its fourth FY11 results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company's January-March quarter revenues are seen down 2% to Rs 355.61 crore as against Rs 362.9 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

    Sobha Developers is to announce its fourth FY11 results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company's January-March quarter revenues are seen down 2% to Rs 355.61 crore as against Rs 362.9 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.


    Its EBIDTA is seen up at Rs 83.21 crore versus Rs 82 crore.


    Its net profit is seen down at Rs 45.56 crore versus Rs 49 crore.


    Q4FY11 expectations

    * Revenues and net profit to be relatively flat QoQ
    * Sales volumes for Q4FY11 expected to be 0.5-0.6 msf vs. 0.7 msf in Q3FY11
    * Sales lower because no new projects were launched during the quarter
    * Lower sales volumes in Q4FY11 will be offset by better realisations
    * Avg realisation is expected to improve from Rs 3946/sf in Q3FY11 to Rs 4100/sf in Q4FY11
    * Several projects are scheduled to be launched in Q1FY12 including large projects in NCR and North Bangalore
    * Co might not be able to achieve its stated target of 3 msf in FY11
