Ramco Systems enters Australia to drive business

Software firm Ramco Systems, focused on cloud computing platform, today said it has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia to drive growth in new markets.

Software firm Ramco Systems, focused on cloud computing platform, today said it has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia to drive growth in new markets.
    
"We are happy to announce the setting up of a subsidiary in Australia. We have a strong presence in APAC and have been looking at expanding into new markets that will help us become a truly global brand," Ramco Systems Chief Executive Officer Virender Aggarwal said.
    
The company will be called Ramco Systems Australia Pty.
    
Australia is a mature IT Services market and the third largest IT market in the English speaking world and their companies have been early adopters of SaaS and Cloud technologies, he said.

"We believe, Ramco ERP on Cloud, a comprehensive ERP offering available on cloud and accessible on iPAD, will find ready acceptance among Australian enterprises. We will be marketing our offerings through key strategic partners who will drive business in the region and help us gain a strong foothold," he added.
    
Ramco Systems has 17 offices spread across India, the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and APAC.
