    PVR has allotted 28.85 lakh shares at Rs 200 per share to L Capital on preferential basis, reports CNBC-TV18.

    At 09:28 hrs PVR was quoting at Rs 197.05, up Rs 4.10, or 2.12%. It has touched a 52-week high of Rs 199.70.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 4,192 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 2.93% or Rs 5.50 at Rs 192.95.
