Toyota Kirloskar Oct sales up 14% to 12,281 units

Toyota Kirloskar Motor's sales in October rose 14 percent year-on-year to 12,281 units, helped by strong demand for its Innova and Fortuner utility vehicles.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor's sales in October rose 14 percent year-on-year to 12,281 units, helped by strong demand for its Innova and Fortuner utility vehicles.

Toyota Innova sales last month zoomed 73 percent to 5,889 units and Fortuner sales jumped 81 percent to 1,378 units.

However sales of the Etios and Etios Liva declined 22 percent to 4,596 units.

Toyota also sold 332 units of the Corolla Altis sedan in October.
