    Edserv Softsystems board to consider preferential issue of shares/warrants to Promoters/Institution, reports CNBC-TV18.
     
    At 09:27 hrs Edserv Softsystems was quoting at Rs 18.85, up Rs 0.40, or 2.17%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 19.15 and an intraday low of Rs 18.60.
     
    It was trading with volumes of 15,889 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.37% or Rs 0.25 at Rs 18.45.


    The share touched its 52-week high Rs 102.40 and 52-week low Rs 15.10 on 28 October, 2011 and 24 May, 2012, respectively.
     
    Currently, it is trading 81.59% below its 52-week high and 24.83% above its 52-week low.
     
    Market capitalisation stands at Rs 49.63 crore.
