BT will sell its remaining 9% stake (1.16 crore shares) in Tech Mahindra via block deal today, reports CNBC-TV18. At 09:20 hrs Tech Mahindra was quoting at Rs 910.10, up Rs 31.70, or 3.61%.

BT will sell its remaining 9% stake (1.16 crore shares) in Tech Mahindra via block deal today. The floor price is Rs 855. CS and JMP are the bankers, reports CNBC-TV18.

At 09:20 hrs Tech Mahindra was quoting at Rs 910.10, up Rs 31.70, or 3.61%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 915 and an intraday low of Rs 869.30.
 
It was trading with volumes of 219,288 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 0.35% or Rs 3.05 at Rs 878.40.
 
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,043 and 52-week low Rs 550.90 on 01 October, 2012 and 13 December, 2011, respectively.
 
Currently, it is trading 12.74% below its 52-week high and 65.2% above its 52-week low.
 
Market capitalisation stands at Rs 11,629.36 crore.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 55.42 per share. (Sep, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 16.46. The latest book value of the company is Rs 269.48 per share.
