Dabur India arms acquires 100% stake in Namaste Group, US
Dabur wholly owned subsidiary, Dermoviva Skin Essentials Inc. has completed the acquisition process by acquiring 100% stake in Namaste Group, US.

With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 15, 2011, Dabur India Ltd has now informed BSE that
the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Dermoviva Skin Essentials Inc. has completed the acquisition process by acquiring 100% stake in following leading personal care Companies of Namaste Group, US.
1. Namaste Laboratories LLC, US
2. Hair Rejuvenation & Revitalization Nigeria Ltd.
3. Healing Hair Laboratories International LLC, US
4. Urban Laboratories International LLC, US
Accordingly, w.e.f. January 01, 2011 the aforesaid Companies have also become the step down subsidiaries Companies. | | Source : BSE |
