Gravita India subsidiary Gravita Exim has completed disinvestment of 28 cr shares of ZMK 1 each in Gravita Zambia.

Gravita India Limited has informed the Exchange that "Our subsidiary Company Gravita Exim Limited has completed the disinvestment of 287,450,000 shares of ZMK 1 each held by the said subsidiary in Gravita Zambia Limited on 25th December, 2010".
