Elgi Rubber is going to suspend from trading in equity shares with effect from January 11, 2011.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Treadsdirect Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. January 11, 2011 (i.e. closing hours of trading on January 10, 2011) on account of Scheme of Arrangement including Amalgamation of Elgi Rubber Company Limited and Treadsdirect Limited into Elgi Rubber International Limited.
