Sangal Papers share capital reduced to 20%

Sangal Papers share capital has reduced to 20% as per BIFR orders.

Sangal Papers Ltd has informed BSE that, vide order dated October 25, 2010, in case no. 207/1999 (as per Para 6.4(a) of the order), the Company ceases to be Sick Industrial Company within the meaning of section 3(1) of the SICA.

Further the Company has informed that Company's Share Capital reduced to 20% as per BIFR orders.
