      With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Q3 results on January 18, 2011, Container Corporation of India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on January 18, 2011, will consider, inter alia, the declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, for the FY 2010-11.
