Lakshmi Machine Works has fixed January 24, 2011 as a date for buyback of shares.

Lakshmi Machine Works Limited has informed the Exchange that "As per the Resolution passed by Postal Ballot by the shareholders of the Company approving the buyback of shares, a public announcement has been made in the newspapers on 27.12.2010. A draft offer document for the buyback has also been filed with Securities and Exchange Board of India on 04.01.2011. Further, the 24th January, 2011 has been fixed as the specified date for the buyback of shares. Offer document will be forward to those shareholders whose name appear on the Register of Members and who are all beneficial owners as on the specified date".
