Suryalakshmi Cotton Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2011, inter alia, :

1. To consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2010.

2. To consider recommendation of Interim Dividend.
