Intrasoft Technologies at their meeting held on February 01, 2011 has declared payment of interim dividend at Re 1 i:e 10% on paid up equity shares.

Intrasoft Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Director of the Company at their meeting held on February 01, 2011 have consider and approved the payment of Interim dividend @ Re. 1/- (10%) on paid up equity shares of the Company.
