A2Z Maintenance fell more than 3 percent intraday to touch a record low of Rs 25.55 on Tuesday after investor and trader Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sold partial stake in the company.
CNBC-TV18 reported that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who holds 19.92 percent stake as of December 31, 2012, offloaded 1.39 stake in A2Z via open market.
Promoters hold 44.68 percent stake in the company. Amit Mittal, who holds 36.24 percent stake, has pledged 45 percent of his total holding.
Shares crashed 22 percent in three days and nearly 60 percent in last three months.
At 12:44 hours IST, the stock was down 0.95 percent to Rs 26.15 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
