FMCG major Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) said it may further hike product prices because of rising input costs, reports The Economic Times. The company had recently raised prices of its 'Lux' and 'Liril' soap brands by up to 10 per cent.

"We have taken several price increases recently. But if the commodity prices continue the way it is then I suspect there could be further price increase," HUL CEO and MD Nitin Paranjpe told, the report adds.

Paranjpe said considering the current environment, the company will have to manage the situation carefully, the report says.
