Bhushan questions 2G probe, files an application in SC

Prashant Bhushan has filed an application in the Supreme Court, pointing out irregularities in the investigation of the 2G scam.

Prashant Bhushan has filed an application in the Supreme Court, pointing out irregularities in the investigation of the 2G scam.

In his submission, he has pointed out that despite a chargesheet being filed against Loop-Essar, no charges of Prevention of Corruption Act have been slapped against them and public servants have not been made accused.

He has also said that no investigation has taken place in the allotment of spectrum to two companies
