Consider allotment of 21,521,370 equity shares of the Company of Rs. 2 face value to 27 shareholders of Sharewealth Securities Limited on a preferential allotment basis for consideration other than cash subject to the following 2 conditions:- Approval by the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company lo be held on August 23, 2016 and;- Receipt of full consideration as per the underlying shareswap agreement.2.
