Kalpataru Power appoints Mofatraj P. Munot as executive chairman

We are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has subject to approval of shareholders of the Company and all other statutory approvals, appointed Mofatraj P. Munot as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 1st April, 2017.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has subject to approval of shareholders of the Company and all other statutory approvals, appointed Mr. Mofatraj P. Munot as an Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 1st April, 2017 in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
