Consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sethi as the Key Managerial Person.2. To re-constitute the Nomination and remuneration Committee.3. To re-constitute Stakeholders Relationship Committee.4. To appoint Mr. Ashish Baraskar as CFO of the Company.5. To change the designation of Mr. Sudhir Sethi as Non-executive Director of the Company from Whole time Director.6. To appoint Mr. Sudhir Sethi as the Chairman of the Company.7. To increase the remuneration of Mr. Sanjay Sethi, Managing Director of the Company.8. To establish vigil mechanism.Source : BSE
