Consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sethi as the Key Managerial Person.2. To re-constitute the Nomination and remuneration Committee.3. To re-constitute Stakeholders Relationship Committee.4. To appoint Mr. Ashish Baraskar as CFO of the Company.5. To change the designation of Mr. Sudhir Sethi as Non-executive Director of the Company from Whole time Director.6. To appoint Mr. Sudhir Sethi as the Chairman of the Company.7.
