    Belapur Industries has informed that Mr. Kiran Kantilal Patel, Mr. Sadanand Bapu Mandlik and Mr. Malik Mansurali Keshwani have been appointed as Independent Directors of the Company to hold office for a term of five consecutive years w.e.f. October 01, 2014 in terms of provisions & sections 149, 150, 152 of the Companies Act, 2013.
