    Pyramid Trading & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 06, 2013, have accorded the following matters:- Allotment of 90,41,900 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 9,04,19,000/- as fully paid Bonus Shares, to the shareholders of the Company whose names appears in the Register of Members as on record date i.e. February 06, 2013.Source : BSE
