The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of ACC will remain closed from March 23, 2013 to April 05, 2013 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on April 05, 2013. The dividend will be payable on and from April 12, 2013.
