AXIS IT&T subsidiary signs partnership with STUDEC France

Axis-IT&T has informed BSE that Cades Digitech Private Limited (CADES), a subsidiary of Axis IT & T Limited (AXIS) and a leading Indian Engineering Design Services and Technology provider has announced the Signing of a strategic partnership agreement with STUDEC France, one of the leaders in Documentation Engineering and Publications.

Axis-IT&T Ltd has informed BSE that Cades Digitech Private Limited (CADES), a subsidiary of Axis IT & T Limited (AXIS) and a leading Indian Engineering Design Services and Technology provider has announced the Signing of a strategic partnership agreement with STUDEC France, one of the leaders in Documentation Engineering and Publications.In terms of this Strategic partnership agreement, CADES proposes to acquire a 76% stake in STUDEC France's wholly owned Indian subsidiary namely STUDEC Technologies India Private Limited (STI). It is proposed to rename the entity as "CADES STUDEC India Private Limited”.Source : BSE
