Dhanus Tech extends accounting year by 3 months

Dhanus Tech at its meeting held on Feb 02, 2013 has discussed and approved the extension of the Company’s accounting year which ended on Dec 31, 2012 by 3 months (i.e., upto March 31, 2013) in light of the Companies Bill, 2012 passed in the Lok Sabha making it mandatory for all companies to have an uniform accounting year from April to March.

Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Febraury 02, 2013 has discussed and approved the extension of the Company’s accounting year which ended on December 31, 2012 by 3 months (i.e., upto March 31, 2013) in light of the Companies Bill, 2012 passed in the Lok Sabha making it mandatory for all companies to have an uniform accounting year from April to March.Source : BSE
