Jayavant Products appoints two additional directors

Jayavant Products has informed that Mr. Prakash Bihani and Mr. Satyanarayan Bhandari have resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. February 25, 2013 and Mr. Omprakash Sarda and Mr. Kamlesh Vajubhai Nandaniya have been appointed as additional directors of the company as on same date.
