Greaves Cotton has divested, for strategic purposes, its entire stake in its step-down subsidiary company, Greaves Farymann Diesel GmbH (GFD), Germany. The stake in GFD was held through the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Greaves Cotton Netherlands B.V.
