    Crest Animation Studios Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was convened on November 14, 2013 at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia, to consider, Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2013.At the convened meeting no quorum was present as required under Section 287 of the Companies Act, 1956 and as such the meeting stands adjourned, without transacting any business, till the same day in the next week as per the provisions of Companies Act. 1956 (Section 174 of Companies Act, 2013).Therefore the adjourned meeting will be held on November 21, 2013 at the Registered Office of the Company at 5.00 p.m.Source : BSE
