    Span Diagnostics at its meeting held on Feb 08, 2013, has approved reappointment of Dr. Pradip K. Desai, as Whole Time Director subject to approval of members at General meeting and other approvals, if any, required for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2013. The Board has approved convening EGM of Members on April 06, 2013 in this regard.

The Board has approved reappointment of Dr. Pradip K. Desai, as Whole Time Director subject to approval of members at General meeting and other approvals, if any, required for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2013.2.
