    SQL Star: Withdrawal of composite scheme of arrangement intimation from Mind Logicx Infratec

    SQL Star has informed that the Board of Directors of Mind Logicx Infractec has passed a unanimous resolution on March 04, 2013 to withdraw the scheme of arrangement due to inordinate delay in getting the approvals from the respective regulating authorities & several uncertainties around the merger proposal for reason external to the Company.

    With reference to the composite scheme of arrangement for compromise and amalgamation under section 391 to 394 read with sections 78,100 to 104 between SQL Star International Limited Mind Logicx Limited and their respective Share Holders and Creditors, Sql Star International Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Mind Logicx Infractec Limited has passed a unanimous resolution on March 04, 2013 to withdraw the above mentioned proposal due to inordinate delay in getting the approvals from the respective regulating authorities and several uncertainties around the merger proposal for reason external to the Company.Source : BSE
