    Kampani Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 01, 2013, has approved the voluntary delisting of the equity shares of the Company from BSE Ltd, the sole Exchange at which the Company’s equity shares are listed pursuant to the special provisions in case of small companies under regulation 27 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.Source : BSE
