no. the shares are not over valued compared with dabur. the problems are corporate governance and inviting unwanted trouble by issuing advertisements and statements. i observe not a single expert on any financial channel ever suggest about this company. be it liberal bonus issue nor good quarterly results, the shares just fall. investors just continue to do only meditation.
