Alia Bhatt has come a long way in showbiz to know what truly matters and what doesn’t. The actress, who is neck-deep in shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal, confessed that her idea of self-care may not be conventional, but true joy for her lies in balancing her professional life with motherhood.

In a chat with Grazia, the actress admitted that while many mothers don’t find the time for themselves, for her, doing things she enjoys, like being on a film set or working out, are her ways of staying happy. “This is what I love doing. Even going for a workout is me prioritising myself – I’m working out and my daughter is also there running around, or me reading a book,” she said.
