Speculation around Shah Rukh Khan’s health has once again taken over social media, this time linking the superstar to an injury on the sets of King. Reports claimed that the actor had suffered a serious accident during the shoot, and had to fly to the US for medical treatment. However, NDTV has quoted a source dismissing this as misinformation.

According to NDTV, Shah Rukh Khan is not injured, nor has filming for King been disrupted. The source clarified that while the actor has dealt with physical strain and minor injuries over the years, no recent mishap has occurred on set. The reports circulating about a severe injury and relocation are untrue, the report stated.

SRK often travels abroad, especially to the US, for regular health check-ups and post-surgical maintenance. As per the report, he flew to America in mid-July for such routine care and is expected to return by the end of the month.

This is not the first time King Khan’s health has been at the centre of unverified news. Previously, he was said to have injured his nose while filming, a claim that was later clarified to be about a **minor planned surgery**, not an accident.
