K-Drama Rowoon to make Japanese debut with the film The Last Man: First Love

South Korean star Rowoon is gearing up for his Japanese film debut with The Last Man: First Love. The film, adapted from the 2023 drama The Last Man: The Blind Profiler, was officially announced on October 6.

South Korean actor Rowoon, known for shows like Extraordinary You, is all set to make his Japanese film debut with The Last Man: First Love.

On October 6, the makers officially announced that Rowoon will step into the Japanese film industry with his first big-screen role in the cinematic adaptation of the 2023 drama The Last Man: The Blind Profiler.

The narrative centres on Shintaro Godo (Yo Oizumi), a proud and tenacious detective, and Hiromi Minami (Masaharu Fukuyama), a blind FBI investigator, who collaborate to resolve challenging criminal cases.

In the film, Rowoon portrays FBI investigator Clyde Yoon, who offers the team a new viewpoint.
