Mahindra & Mahindra has revealed two new colours of its five-door version of the lifestyle SUV will be called the Mahindra Thar Roxx. In a post shared by the company ahead of the official launch on 15 August, it has officially revealed the black and white colour of the SUV. The launch of Mahindra Thar Roxx is highly anticipated with the auto major revealing the features of the SUV in its promotional videos. The SUV will get a panoramic sunroof. The price and bookings of new Mahindra Thar Roxx will be revealed on August 15.
The Thar Roxx will be offered with the same set of engines as the standard model, which includes a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol and a 2.2-litre diesel engine paired with, either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. While the price range of this model is not revealed, dealer sources have revealed that the product will be offered from Rs 15.99 lakh onwards.
The Thar Roxx will be based on the same platform, while also having a similar design albeit with slight changes. Inside, the new Mahindra 5-door Thar will carry several modern features such as a digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, along with ADAS Level 2.

While retaining the core attributes of the iconic Thar the ‘Thar ROXX’ represents the larger-than-life personality of a rockstar and will disrupt the SUV category.”
