HCC Construction is looking to divest 15% in its wholly owned subsidiary HCC Infra at Rs 250 crore, reports CNBC-TV18’s Nayantara Rai quoting sources. It is learnt that HCC Infra’s valuation is seen at Rs 1650 crore.
