    Pharma company Novartis India has said it has no plans to delist from the stock exchanges and reports suggesting such a move are speculative in nature.

    Novartis shares surged almost 12% on Monday and were up a further 2% to Rs 864.95 on BSE today after several media reports said that the promoters may buy rest of the shares they don
