Educomp, India Today form pact to set up 30 schools

Educomp Solutions Ltd said on Friday its unit Educomp Infrastructure and School Management Ltd (EISML) has entered into a pact with an India Today Group firm to set up 30 schools across India.

Educomp Solutions Ltd said on Friday its unit Educomp Infrastructure and School Management Ltd (EISML) has entered into a pact with an India Today Group firm to set up 30 schools across India.

As per the pact, EISML and Universal Learn Today will partner to provide school management services, educational infrastructure and learning systems to set up 30 Vasant Valley Schools over the next three years, Educomp said in a filing.

No financial details of the deal were given by the company.

At 12:13 pm shares in Educomp were trading up 2.23% at Rs 444.70 in a Mumbai market that was up 0.89%.
