Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that the Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Sanjay Sachdev as an additional director with effect from November 9, 2017 by passing resolution to that effect by circulation. Mr. Sanjay Sachdev shall hold the position as an independent, non-executive director of the Company.Source : BSE
