      On July 18, 2013 Mahalaxmi Cresec Private Limited bought 23,00,000 shares of Indiabulls Real Estate at Rs 70.67 on the NSE.


      In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 73.80, up Rs 6.20, or 9.17 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 74.25 and an intraday low of Rs 66.75.


      The share touched its 52-week high Rs 87.30 and 52-week low Rs 46.30 on 17 May, 2013 and 04 September, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 15.46 percent below its 52-week high and 59.4 percent above its 52-week low.
