GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, have taken on record that M/s Raxa Security Services Limited has become subsidiary of GMR Infrastructure Limited in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
