the investors are clear losers here if the share price is continuously diluted every quarter. last quarter it was diluted in the name of esops and now in the name of preferential shares. if this continues, even after 3 years the price of shares will be same or reduces even though the company produces above average results. clear gainers are promoters, employees and company itself. investors wait and will become losers atlast.
