Earlier today, Samsung announced its next big event – Galaxy Unpacked 2025 July Edition. The company, as expected, will announce its next generation of products – foldable smartphones, in particular. That said, the company has already confirmed the ‘Ultra’ for the Z Fold lineup, which suggests that the Z Fold 7 Ultra could get announced during the keynote.
Now, the Keynote, as per the announcement, is scheduled for July 9, 2025, and the event is happening in New York, USA Additionally, it will also be livestreamed on Samsung's website and official YouTube Channel.
Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra features
Not much is known as of now about the Z Fold 7 Ultra. But there are a couple of things that the company has officially confirmed. The first is the slim form factor, inspired by the design language of the Galaxy S25 Edge, which the company introduced recently.
Samsung has already confirmed that slimmer design language for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra.
Next up is the camera setup’s AI upgrade. As per the latest published post from Samsung, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 could get some AI-based improvements alongside some necessary hardware upgrades over the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
AI will once again take the centre stage. Samsung Galaxy AI will also be integrated into the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra, and it will most likely offer all the features that we saw with the Galaxy S25 series.
